Thanks for the video! I have what appears to be the exact same amp, though it has a "79" on the front badge. Original Jensens. A friend gave it to me. It was his dad's amp, but it doesn't run. Sort of taught myself to service my own tube amps during the pandemic, but this one seems a bit intimidating! I may have to schlep it out to Brooklyn! :)
Stereo or not, I like the distance mic and hearing the room. You get a way more accurate representation of how the amp sounds in real life. UA-cam/video compression not withstanding. Thanks for demoing the cool, rare stuff. Most of the Gibsons I see these days are the mid 60s GA-20 Minuteman spaghetti amps.
