I made this recipe when i first found it with a slight modification (used a more shallow layer of EVCO and used my oven) and with more variations since then - sometimes added peas, other spice (powdered lemon juice, dijon mustard, small black lentis, etc - one ingredient swap, not all at once 😂) Regardless, the patties were delicious and (to me) tasted equally good at room temp. I stuff a pita with these and a bit of pickled red cabbage slaw and a touch of garlic aioli. They hold shape very well, so could be made using those adorable cookie molds (like planes, stars, fish, etc) for picky eater kiddos. Thamks for the recipe!

QUESTION: Is it okay to substitute powdered nutmeg for the actual nutmeg? If yes, how much powdered nutmeg would you recommend, about 1/4 teaspoon? I really appreciate the English subtitles in this recipe, thanks so much!
squeeze the water out of the tuna very well, steam the potato, don't boil in water. Dipping in egg white will prevent absorbing oil, also increase the heat a little.
Amazing work with the knife...will definitely give this recipe a shot... will substitute potato with sweet potato, just to be adventurous...thanks a bunch from a seafood lover
