Please look into the case of Torbin sondergard He's been being held in jail Florida for over 90 days for preaching the gospel. There are many videos that he has made on UA-cam that you can look into. Although he isn't UPC he is not oneness but he is does baptizing Jesus name and believes in the end feeling of the holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. He's a traveling evangelist. They will not give him a reason why he is being held in jail. He needs help. Look at his videos.
