@@techprojournal4469 To be fair there was a point where Voxi was, but it’s gone downhill, I think they’ve been oversubscribed, the service is trash in my area now, it’s backend is Vodafone so you’d imagine it should be great, perhaps they’ve scaled back the way the service work on these virtual providers, I’m not sure, that being said there’s room for improvement on all networks, bang for buck though I’d still go with Smarty, thanks for the response.
I use vodafone unlimited max, just make sure you get a pay as you go sim first to make sure download speed is over 100mb in your area, i use ,mine for ps4 daily and upto 400gb data a month with no speed caps
3three has the best pay as you go pack 35 5 more then voxi unlimited data but has far superior speeds over 700 mb 5g speeds where voxi only 20mbs speed for 5g
I agree fully with this, was hoping to save some cash as my 3 contract was ending and jump to voxi as I have a great experience with my voda home broadband, the speeds and service on voxi are shocking though compared, in my area 3 is reaching 850mbps vs 18 on voxi, tested back to back on a brand new S23 Ultra, even when limiting the 3 connection to 4g/LTE it still manages 330mbps, heavily considering looking at ID mobile as they have a great relationship with 3 and seem to be unrestricted speed wise at a even better price.
Actually Smarty (owned by 3) offers exactly the same service and speeds as Three for a lot less. However be aware that any service using Three can have a very slow upload and major issues with call quality from EE to Three numbers.
Im using EE sim card years but this year EE sucks:( im here to browse new sim deal with better network in the uk .
Same 😞
Can you keep your old number with a new sim only deal ? , does it effect your phones contents ? Like media , games , contacts , social media
Yes you can keep your number, just contact your network and ask for the PAC code
It doesnt affect anything on your phone if you go with a sim only deal and keep the same phone
Sorry but Voxi isn’t better than Smarty, I’ve had both, Smarty is the superior deal
Noted I need to make an updated list, I haven't been able to test everything myself, but it's always good to hear first-hand experience.
