St. John's receives help for affordable housing from CMHC

Stella Burry Community Services offers Elsa and others in need a place to call home, and a full range of services, including counseling and skills development, emergency shelter, community support and social enterprise.
This is possible thanks to support from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador through the Affordable Housing Initiative, CMHC's Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) and funding from the National Homelessness Initiative. This project also received Proposal Development Funding from CMHC
