Fascinating couple of interviews, thanks for uploading them! I think ‘boomers’ were so lucky to have such a wide range of fantastic bands & solo artists to enjoy… it was definitely a golden era for music lovers!
Eric Clapton was born cool. I was surprised by his choice of American bands he liked. But, Clapton always stayed loyal to the Blues, luckily for his fans.
It's amazing to be watching this interview 56 years after the fact, having just seen Buddy Guy again last month, and having tickets to see Eric this fall. I also saw Daltrey and Townshend as the Who last fall (2022). Had you said to anyone in 1967 that all of these guys (plus the Stones, Dylan, McCartney, Ringo, Roger Waters, Steve Winwood, et al.) would still be on tour six decades later, they'd surely have thought you were on LSD. It's such a privilege to be able to see them still. Having said that, R.I.P. to B.B. King, Otis Rush, Jimi Hendrix, Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce, Keith Moon, John Entwistle, and so many others who are dearly missed.
Clapton's nose is straight as an arrow. These's a story to be told; What happened a little later in the 60's to his nose gone wiggled as if punched broke?

Fantastic interview with Eric, shows how articulate he is. Great to see a snippet of him in that time period.
0:15...Hey Eric i scored some wee.......oh hello i didn't know you were here.
Eric was not amused.
I could listen to Townshend for hours.
Yeah, just wish the music wasn't drowning him out.

Eric looks like he had a toke or two. Love it.😊

Pete Townshend always had so much class.
ERIC CLAPTON IS BEAUTIFUL
Yes, and quite normal!
Damn it’s almost like he had foresight how Pink Floyd would change. The Syd Barrett era Floyd was always my favorite
Forsight😊❤❤❤❤❤
Pete is so adorable 💝💝💝.......
" I like the Floyd, I like Floyd a lot, but that wont be a lasting thing. I like The Rascals! One of the best bands in America!"
Pete is so cute… I love him 😖❤️

Strange Brew of course 🍲🫖
He doesn’t want to say Albert King cause that’s the one he really nicked off lol
Amazing interviews. Really remarkable what Pete says about his famous act the "Windmill"....copied by Keith Richards 👏👏👏
That was very well known always
Copied FROM Keith Richards…
I like the Eric one not that much out there
Ginger 😅
