One thing i dont like in AS - sudden weather updates/redraws. You have clear sky, in a moment - overcast, in two momets clear sky again

Yes that is one downside, I mentioned it in the review. I only get it very rarely however

Yeah, i find it completely annoying when cruising, back in the days of P3D it was way better.

Yep, I'm currently using default XP live weather as right now I've found it to be more accurate and the weather changes are much smoother.

You know that Active Sky was recently released in MSFS. I wonder what you think about the difference between MSFS and XP12 price. What's the reason? I thought about buying it a lot, but I am patiently waiting for XP12 12.1 version. You have explained many points very clearly. Thanks for the video.

Hi there! Yes I believe the price difference is down to MSFS having a much larger user base and therefore Active Sky FS is likely to get many more sales. From what I have seen so far of Active Sky FS it seems to have many issue. I am sure these will be fixed and when they are I will probably purchase it and make a review video, just like this one :)

Good review. I think it’s better to wait until 12.1.0 update get released because it’s supposed to fix all the broken things with weather system instead of buying AS for 50 euro. Better to by a new aircraft for those money.

From the videos I've seen and the tests I've done on msfs and xplane, together with the comparison videos with p3d, xplane is the one that sums up the climate the worst, the best would be p3d with active skyxp.

For EGNX I am Using Orbx EGNX for XP12 and for KSDF I am using the freeware by ZeroDollarPayware :)
