Hello Whitney! I’m also a quilter….there’s a product called color catchers that I use when washing a quilt….it “catches” any dye…you can find in the laundry section…it comes in a box…they are sheets of “paper” sorta like a dryer sheet. I’ve used them when soaking knits and it seems to work! You’re such a beautiful knitter…thank you for sharing your talent!
You have no idea how much I wish I had colour catchers when I was washing the yarn over and over again! 😂😂😂 It's definitely a tool I should have on hand for future uses!
Great video. The patterns are beautiful. I sure hope that doesn’t bleed when you block it especially with a white yarn - eek my fingers are crossed for you.
Thank you for highlighting those beautiful patterns! I think my aesthetic is less 'traditionally feminine' than yours or this designers. But I really appreciate the details in her designs and it looks like it would be fun knitting the items. I will save the Malwina Sweater as an option to knit sometime. I am trying to wear more dresses, but I need more warmth then they generally give me. So I have started to stock up on decent woolen (Snag) tights and now I need sweaters with large puffy sleeves that can go over long sleeved dresses. The Zosia Wrap Cardigan would be great for that too, but that might be too much out of my comfort zone. Wouldn't want to knit it and never wear it... Who knows 🤩
You're so welcome! I'm glad you got some pattern ideas out of this video even if the aesthetic isn't what you normally wear 🙂 Snag tights are the BEST! Their merino wool tights have definitely helped me wear my skirts and dresses more than I could before.

Thank you so much! Me too, but my swatch looked fine until I unwound the yarn so even if it does bleed, I don't think I'll notice it 🤞🏼
