I used to hear that Jacksonville was worse than Miami. So, I was surprised to find out that Jacksonville has a crime rate of C, while in your Liberty City Miami vlog, Miami received an F. Additionally, Jacksonville's median household income is $73K, which is really good. Thanks for sharing

Sounds like you are the person for the job! Start by gathering like-minded people who share your vision for the city. Get involved with city hall meetings and actively participate. Run for a city council seat. Organize a program, reach out to business owners and entrepreneurs, and work on acquiring those apartments and abandoned homes. It can be done, but it will take a dedicated team of people who see's your vision.

Who ever running Jacksonville needs to due better with poverty and helping the homeless and all these condemned apartments on the northside needs to be torn down and rebuilt again so these people with kids can have affordable places to live can't everybody afford high rise apartments man

I agree with you completely. It seems that communities only get attention when gentrification starts. It's no wonder the crime rate is high when people are left without opportunities. What are the poor supposed to do if they can't find work-just sit around and starve? That city government needs to do better.
