- Nickelodeon Universe at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey is one of the largest indoor amusement parks in the world. The park is home to five roller coasters and several rides themed to popular Nickelodeon characters like SpongeBob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Fairly Odd Parents. But which rides are the best?

The idea of theming a rope course to Legends is pretty genius.
Sure is!
Had a group of 3 on shredder and we had a frigin blast!! Laughing like lunatics the whole time. Loved it! Krang almost killed me though haha
Nice!
Finally! A sandy's blasting bronco lover!
A lot seem to like it...when it's actually open.
Sounds like the East Coast has some of the most effed up rides. Imagine one where they shut off all the lights, cranked up the music, sprayed fog everywhere, and made the rides go super fast. That would be a huge mind trip.
Sounds like a German fair.
I love the Top 10 here as a Nick Kid growing up. I am a sucker for the Reptar Merry-Go-Round being the Rugrats mark that I am.
I see the last two coaster's lighting packages and these are the lights I want to see on Cedar Point's next coaster.
I have a feeling Cedar Point is going people eater on their next coaster, so I don't feel it's likely to see coasters like these soon, but man, would I love to see lighting like this on their next one, especially on the water.
It is a fun theme to see.
Pretty neat. Looks like a fun park and rides.
It has some good rides.
I rode every coaster there except the half pipe as well as Krang Prime Pandemonium each only once (Slime Streak in the back) within about an hour and I think your countdown solid. I was kinda tired and sleep deprived after having traveled from Vancouver and being delayed in Toronto for a Covid test I didn't think I needed so I wanted to be on a bus to Freehold by 7pm, so I managed to do all of that in one hour without having to buy a skip the line pass, but I did need to buy a locker for all my luggage. Great video, thanks for posting!
Thanks! These rides are definitely intense ones to do on little to no sleep.
I have a feeling I would also like Sandy more than Shellraiser. I'm not sure if they'll ever be able to have both open (or even just one) on the same day. With 3 of 5 coasters closed right now, I almost certainly will not be visiting here when I'm in the area next week.
I've had both open on 2 of my 5 visits.
I’ve been to Nickelodeon universe 3 times and Sandys blasting bronco was down all 3 visits
It was down for nearly 8 straight months.
Atleast 3 of these rides were down the day I went.
Sadly that's common.
okay cute love the video. Agree with the order.... but are any of the major coasters open 😅lol .
I wish they could get their rides to be more reliable to make my trip via public transit from Brooklyn worth it.
It seems like at least 1-2 are down daily sadly.
It's good they finally have pay per ride now.
I didn't see they added that, awesome!
For a small ndoor park for the price of a Universal ticket, it's definitely amongst the most expensive and probably not worth it parks out there. I get it's right next to NYC but it's still kinda ridiculous. But the rides are good, probably the best Gerstlauer Eurofighter layout and a Chance family ciaster,, as well as a Gerstlauer spinner and an Intamin Launch coaster. But that's about it for so much money. I feel like this is great for locals with a season pass, but I'd still go for the credits as they are rather cool.
They thankfully introduced a pay per ride option.
How much did YOU pay? Universal costs waaay more?! Lol we paid $59 per person for all day unlimited wrist bands
Does the shell raiser close often like the other rides?
Sadly it seems to have a lot of downtime.
Didn't realize they even had 10 rides really haha. I mean, I did. But 10 rides open on the sameday?
If you include the kiddie ones...yes.
How many visits did it take you to ride all of these attractions? 6 of the 10 were closed when I visited this spring

Sandy’s is so much better than Shellraiser. I had a headache on my most recent two rides and the potholes did not help that whatsoever. Meanwhile Sandy’s was pretty smooth, at least in the front. The back had a little shuffle, but overall it was so much better.
@juiceboxer100 it opened briefly in late may and I rode it in early June (once in the front, forwards and backwards, and once in the back, just forwards because it broke down during the turntable) but I believe the ride has been closed for nearly a month now which is not a good sign
I agree.
Nah, Shellraiser takes the crown.
Imagine CN land
I encourage more parks.
Totally agree that Sandy's Blasting Bronco is the best ride there. Very fun ride.
I love it.
Are gerstlauer spinning coaster’s better then Maurer spinner’s
Depends on the layout.
Sandy’s over TM & T show razor is really controversial but I respect it
I think people are split on that one.
I’ve never been but I also think that sandys looks better than shellraiser
I think people are 50-50.
How can you judge if you’ve never been there
@@michaeltoobased I said I think it looks better
@@MillenniumForceMan oh I didn’t see it thanks
Do you think this is the best ride collection at any indoor theme park? If not, what has the best indoor ride collection?
Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi
Are the prices here still insane
Yes
They do pay per ride now
Skyline doesn’t spin anymore
I know it has had issues, but is that change permanent?
They have 10 rides open?
Usually...
@@CanobieCoaster I thought they were all “closed for annual maintenance”
There are a couple of rides I'd want to see this park add next. First, they should replace Invader Zim's Flip & Spin of DOOM with a regular bumper cars attraction. Then, they should add a Zamperla kids coaster like Coco Coaster at Hersheypark or Whistlepunk Chaser at Dollywood, because none of the current roller coasters this park has are really kid friendly.
Those would work.
Nah....Kraang Prime is AWESOME!!! DONT EVER CHANGE IT...they have enough baby rides. Dont need a bumper cars. 2nd Slime streak is a kiddy coaster or family coaster my 4 yr old rode it 3 times and the height requirement is 42"

Nice!

Yes
I hate that the lighting is awful in that park
At night, it looks ok at least.
