I liked the struggle you had with the ice bath and your container, lol. This soap looks so pure and so lovely! 🤍 Congratulations on one year soap making
I understand the struggle of trying to melt this with frozen milk... I got a tip from @Ellen ruth, she said you just add like a tiny cap of distilled water and its like the catalyst to kick start the melting process. I tried it once and it worked and since then, i always use that method. Welldone dear.
Thanks for this video! I bought some powdered goats milks and was debating how I wanted to do it! Do you think it makes a difference if u add powdered milk into the oils and dissolve it instead of making the lye water with it?
Haven't used the powdered form yet but if I were to use it I would definitely mix with the oils and use water for the lye. It should work nicely that way.
Thanks a lot for watching. I have a simple recipe you can use on this video ua-cam.com/video/6TGkoAu5rEo/v-deo.html You'll need to use a soap calculator to plug in your percentages.

Thank you for making this video! I'd love to try and make this! What are the measurements of the ingredients??

What is the recipe you use? Thank you.
Hi there! I have measurements in this video: ua-cam.com/video/dcs3rdSmR-g/v-deo.htmlsi=rl0x4Pdvqrg9ZdfX
Is it citric acid or lye you use?
You use lye to make soap, Citric Acid is an additive that helps to combat soap scum 😊
If your goat milk frozen in cubes it would be less struggle.
Thank you. I agree! I have other goat milk soap videos where I froze the milk too.
