And some people also react to champions in-game voicelines. There's also a map that breaks done each region of Runeterra. At the end of the day, it depends how deep you want to go with reaction videos but people do love seeing people learn League.
@ChristinaWintherLolk nice. I would probably change the first section to their "season launches" not so much music videos. But still, good list! Don't forget Ruination event even though they ruined lore lmao and sols re-work trailer with his voice lines was cool
Piltover and Zaun are just a small part of the League world, but they did such an amazing job with Arcane. There are many other cool stories to tell in this world. I recommend the Legends of Runeterra trailers they did for the cardgame and it showcases the different regions from the world. There are also the seasonal trailers for League itself, wich are gorgeous music videos, but can be a bit hard to understand whats going on. There are also some champions specific trailers like Annie (Very tragic) and Terror in demacia(Very spooky).
If you are looking for things to watch related to Arcane, here are my suggestions. 1) Enemy Music Video (JID & Imagine Dragons) - This is in the same animation style as Arcane and shows many scenes of the gang when they were young that are not in the show. 2) Get Jinxed Official Music Video - This predates Arcane but was one of the earliest collabs between Fortiche Productions and Riot Games. 3) Bridging the Rift - Behind the scenes on how Arcane was made.
This may be a strange place to start, but I would recommend Necrit, the world of Riot’s mmo is already done. While it’s about the possibilities of a video game, it goes into pretty good depth about the lore and characters of Runterra. It’s visually very well done and gives a great base of understanding.
So strange, this is the 3rd time posting this comment and it won’t stay😢! Just wanted to give u guys credit for posting back to back. Awesome job on the uploads. And I want to recommend you watch INVINCIBLE! Another animated series that will hook you both by episode 1
Well, if you'd like to know more about Runeterra, Necrit has two videos titled "Story of League of Legends Explained" and "The World of Riot's MMO is Already Done", respectively. I'd say those two probably have the most to offer, in terms of a quick, sort of general overview of the whole universe.
like some youtubers out there i think this trailer isn't altogether honest. when Caitlyn is issuing orders, it's "dismantle" shimmer and "neutralize" silco agents but only "locate" Jinx. the final shot of Jinx and Vi about to punch each other to my untrained eye still looks like a composite. anyhoo, not long now.
@@Reactsandgames Yeah, I've watched a lot of reactions, nobody else that I watched mentioned it. But yeah...lots of things to be excited about for the season! Im in no rush for summer to end, but i'll be logging into Netflix day one in November. Gonna try to resist to urge to binge.....most likely will be a failed attempt. lol

Just binged all your Arcane reactions, really enjoyed them! I saw other comments reccomend the music videos, which I heavily agree with, and I wanted to specifically recommend True Damage- Giants and Heartsteel- Paranoia. They're great songs that showcase fun champions in a setting where lore knowlage doesn't matter, it's just a fun time. (I also recommend watching the Heartsteel- Paranoia Blooper reel after the MV, it's under a minute and is a delightful showcase of the character's personalities. It's what got me really hooked on LoL lore, bc i was looking up canon stuff so i could write fanfiction 😅)
My read on this trailer is that everything in it is from the first 3 episodes, and the rest of the season they are keeping a mystery for now If I had to theorize about the order of events here, in the immediate aftermath of the season 1 finale there is chaos in both Piltover and the undercity, as they recover from the attack and try to figure out who is in charge now. Then there is a second attack on Piltover by Shimmer soldier guys, possibly at the memorial for the dead councilors? And Caitlyn is actually the one who saves the day here and gets a big promotion. Mel's mom says they should send an army into the undercity in response, but Cait as topside's new hero argues that if she goes in with just a small squad to get rid of the Shimmer, Jinx, and the other leaders, the attacks will stop without having to harm civilians in the process. This is when she recruits Vi, who reluctantly puts on the Enforcer uniform for just this one mission to capture Jinx and stop a full on war from breaking out After that... we will have to wait to see
Highly recommend watching the documantary of the Making of Arcane: Bridging the Rrift (5 or 6 part on UA-cam), Arcane is one of those great works out there affected by the pandemic, and certainly has it's obsticals. The documantary was just as good, and in fact I watched the documantary before I watched Arcane.
Powder is Jinx, and Jinx is Powder. One of the co creator's made it clear that's part of Jinx's problem. That Powder and Jinx are one in the same. Hence, when Silco's last words were, "Don't cry, you're perfect." Silco finally realized this at his end.
Dang you were quick! lol people wanted you to react in your finale reaction and you had it ready to go. Loved both the finale reaction and this one! Hope you start making League content and reactions, there's so much to explore and learn! Personally, I think it's better. Too many things are dragged on for no reason, and the quality of stories can be ruined over time. People have asked for Riot Games to make a movie or tv show since almost the inception of the game, which is going on 17 years now if I'm correct. That's because they always made killer cinematics which were out of this world. But as you have learned, true cgi is very expensive to make whether in movie or tv format. As the creative director said "We didn't want to drag on a show forever. We didn't want to create something that we don't believe has amazing quality & respects the world of League of Legends. We know exactly what story we want to tell and an ending that leaves our characters off where you know them in the game. They've also said they aren't stopping here but going to explore other regions of Runeterra." As a fan and on-off player of the game, I think we will have plenty of Arcane/League of legends to go, honestly enough IP to outlive our lifetime since it takes years to make a season, so many areas to explore and so many champions to choose from. In-case you didn't know, league of legends as over 167 champions, all with their own backstories and each could be their own main story and protagonist and each interconnect in their own ways. Arcane season 1 includes 1)Jinx 2)Vi 3)Jayce 4)Caitlyn 5)Ekko 6)Viktor 7)Heimdeinger 8)Singed and two more that I cannot include for spoiler reasons. People who played the game know their appearance through voice lines from in-game and EXTREMELY small teasers appearances include an email we can reach you (in your about section) at and I'll send you all the videos you need lol. And don't be afraid to make videos of exploring and learning league, not just cinematics but reading champs bios, videos, etc.
Appreciate it thank you! We absolutely can’t wait for season 2! Thanks for watching! I need to get an email sorted actually just incase people want to send us information! That’s a good idea!

League is an on-going game that still runs on an old engine, as of so far they haven’t decided to update the engine, but it’s a live service game. Each year they release new champions, effects, etc. Basically old champs can fall behind from graphics, gameplay, etc. so every season they will re-work a few champs and launch a trailer to tease them) -Fiddlesticks: terror in Demacia Tip for all of these, they should be in the playlist on leagues youtube page and easy to find. I omitted some that are already mentioned. I put * symbol by some because they are best watched in an order. For example, you can find the ruination event if you look up “sentinels of light” - and playlist by timfernix (ironically ruination event is not a playlist on leagues youtube page lol)
There's some really great recommendations for the cinematics and their order but I'd recommend you watch 2 other videos first. They are both done by Necrit, who is a lore expert in the League of Legends community. 1. Story of League of Legends explained 2. The World of Riot's MMO is already done That's of course only, if you really want to get into the lore of it all. It does add a lot to the understanding of the cinematics though. I'd personally also recommend, to look up short explanations after the cinematics, perhaps even including it in the video. It was really fun seeing you react to Arcane and I'm so looking forward to season 2. Cheers!
"Your council is dead" I think she's talking to a member of the council. Mel ? Jayce ? Caitlyn ? I'm not sure. A little detail : the credits in every episode of the 1st season credit "Powder" except the last one where it's "Jinx" who's credited.
You'll definitely get an abundance of opinions among the suggestions, hopefully this stands out among the many walls of text youll get :p After Arcane you have a few sets of videos within the League universe. Cinematics (including Season cinematics) - These range from canon lore, telling backstory of champions or a region, to just fun old fight scenes for the sake of fight scenes. Season Cinematics are extremely popular (Awaken, The Call, Warriors, Still Here are the most common, there are others). Narrative Cinematics include Kin of the Stained Blade, Curse of the Sad Mummy, Annie: Origins, and more. Legends of Runeterra videos - These detail region stories and include both champions in League, and characters that simply exist in the universe/lore. Then after that you just have fun stuff. Music Videos - Pretty straightforward, you guys will enjoy Get Jinxed! It's from the same studio who made Arcane, but this was released when Jinx was put into League. Other popular League projects include KDA (a K-Pop group), Heartsteel (pop/rap/etc), and Pentakill (metal). Champion bios, short stories, and more on the League Universe page.
@@Reactsandgames as he said and I agree Awaken, The Call, Warriors, Still Here are the 4 main ones, don't get overwhelmed with huge lists, I would focus on those 4 first and go from there
Definitely be wary when looking up League-related content to avoid potential S2 spoliers. Bridging the Rift is safe, and many of the music videos appear to be safe, but try to avoid anything about characters (even ones we met in Season 1), as well as theory videos. Like you, I was never into League, and knew nothing about the lore, and watched was I though was just a fan theory video shortly after S1 ended, and immediately regretted it, since the guy is basically a walking League Lore compendium. Calling his two main theories for S2 "spoilerific" is an understatement, since he dropped lore details (trying to be vague as possible here) like a change in someon's character arc, so they end up in the same place that they were in the lore (as it existed then, before Arcane become officially considered canonical) Just from the context clues in this trailer (and the teaser before it), it looks like his theory about [major spoiler 1 redacted] is 100% correct, and if that one quick shot in this trailer is what I think it is, then means his other theory about [major spoiler 2 redacted] may also come to pass in this season, as well. While this next bit is pure conjecture on my part, I took the line "Your council is dead" to refer to the council as a governing body, not necessarily that everyone in that room had been killed. There's at least one hint in this trailer pointing to who likely survived the attack.
I definitely think people survived. Oh really!? I’ll have to try and be careful in what we watch. We are planning a few things but certainly won’t be watching theory videos. Don’t want season 2 spoiled! Thanks!
It's worth watching the original S1 trailer to see how misleading it was, and then bear that in mind with this! Riot know what they are doing with regrads to these trailers.
i heard rumors that we might be seeing flashbacks of younger Silco and of Silco raising Jinx, which i’m looking forward to as i feel like this second season would feel empty without him in it in some way.
don't worry too much about the things u saw I'm sure vi is still looking for powder and u may ask how i know. it's because they always do these to trick the audience it's not the first time
Please watch "bridging the rift". The "making off" of this show. It is almost as good as the show itself. Very touching as well. Also, I don't think you have to cut parts. It's a youtube docu after all.
League of Legends has so many characters and lore, so it is the final chapter for Vi and Jinx's and everyone else's character arc. The showrunner already confirmed that they are working on other TV shows and movies; this will be one of the best cinematic universes. This show is a masterpiece, and if they can keep the quality on this level, then I can't wait for everything else to come. You guys should react to the cinematic trailers, they are amazing, other comments already posted the links. And you should react to Arcane Bridging the Rift episodes so you see how much work it goes into this masterpiece and appreciate it from a filmmaking standpoint. This is the first episode: ua-cam.com/video/Mz4-38d3-AE/v-deo.htmlsi=53JoUkjzQ3dvbxU0
READ THIS: If you want to learn more Runeterra, there is a fan made video by a UA-camr named Necrit called "The World of Riot's MMO Is Already Done". Watch it. I was a big fan of watching random cinematics of League of Legends for the longest tme, but i had NO IDEA where these places were or what was going on. Necrit provides an in-depth look at Runeterra, showing the areas and giving a brief history of the races and cultures that live there. It is the #1 VIDEO I would recommend to newbies wanting to know why all these cool people in the cinematics are fighting and so forth.
If you guys want to react to another adult-leaning animation with a big budget and great writing/hype, you could do Blue Eye Samurai. Top tier show - one season of 8 episodes.
I'm going to give you a little hope with this. In the german version of this teaser trailer Ambessa (Mel's mom) says "Half your council is dead" but in the english version they cut out the word half so you just hear Ambessa saying "Your council is dead." We still don't know who is going to live and who is going to die but at least some of them survive. I really hope Mel doesn't die but we'll see.
I'd commented already, but it seems the comment got lost. Anyway, I'd love to help and have already assisted several other content creators with their League Lore journey already! After the Bridging the Rift series, I'd recommend going from the Arcane related media -> the rest of Runterra. Mirroring what someone else said, you'll be getting a ton of opinions on what to watch first so I'll just you to decide on which way youd like best. I'd only recommend against watching the largest cinematics and saving those for last. If you plan to learn as much as you can about Runeterra, those would really serve a reaction channel best after you've spent some time learning about the world. I've gathered every piece of official League media in these curated playlists for anyone new to the world to reference to, hmu if you'd like them! Enjoy learning more about Runeterra though! Prepare for the views :) many people love watching folks discover League for the first time!
Good luck! There's a ton of amazing League content for yall to dive into. (upwards of 120+ vids, depending on what you're interested in, all of which I think would be super exciting to check out). You guys have some groundwork ahead of you, but I promise it's worth it! I can't wait to see what you guys have next ;)
You guys should 100% watch T B Skyen's video analysis of the teaser trailer if you guys want to hear about some theories for the next season! Its a bit long but its a fun pass the time sort of watch🫶

Champion re-work trailers (these are when they make trailers for champions who have been re-worked. League is an on-going game that still runs on an old engine, as of so far they haven’t decided to update the engine, but it’s a live service game. Each year they release new champions, effects, etc. Basically old champs can fall behind from graphics, gameplay, etc. so every season they will re-work a few champs and launch a trailer to tease them)
-Fiddlesticks: terror in Demacia
Tip for all of these, they should be in the playlist on leagues youtube page and easy to find. I omitted some that are already mentioned. I put * symbol by some because they are best watched in an order. For example, you can find the ruination event if you look up “sentinels of light” - and playlist by timfernix (ironically ruination event is not a playlist on leagues youtube page lol)
@@michaelcarlson1208appreciate this! Thank you!
Guys season 2 trailer is out!!! I'm so ready so your reaction
There's some really great recommendations for the cinematics and their order but I'd recommend you watch 2 other videos first.
They are both done by Necrit, who is a lore expert in the League of Legends community.
1. Story of League of Legends explained
2. The World of Riot's MMO is already done
That's of course only, if you really want to get into the lore of it all. It does add a lot to the understanding of the cinematics though.
I'd personally also recommend, to look up short explanations after the cinematics, perhaps even including it in the video.
It was really fun seeing you react to Arcane and I'm so looking forward to season 2.
Cheers!
Thanks for watching and for the recommendations! Appreciate it!
"Your council is dead"
I think she's talking to a member of the council. Mel ? Jayce ? Caitlyn ? I'm not sure.
A little detail : the credits in every episode of the 1st season credit "Powder" except the last one where it's "Jinx" who's credited.
Nice detail!
recommendation: league of legends 2019 opening ceremony
You'll definitely get an abundance of opinions among the suggestions, hopefully this stands out among the many walls of text youll get :p
After Arcane you have a few sets of videos within the League universe.
Thanks! Will start to plan a few videos this week!😃
@@Reactsandgames as he said and I agree Awaken, The Call, Warriors, Still Here are the 4 main ones, don't get overwhelmed with huge lists, I would focus on those 4 first and go from there
See U in S2!
I don't think this is mentioned, but I would recommend checking it out: Tales of Runeterra: Don't Mess With Yordles
Calling his two main theories for S2 "spoilerific" is an understatement, since he dropped lore details (trying to be vague as possible here) like a change in someon's character arc, so they end up in the same place that they were in the lore (as it existed then, before Arcane become officially considered canonical)
Just from the context clues in this trailer (and the teaser before it), it looks like his theory about [major spoiler 1 redacted] is 100% correct, and if that one quick shot in this trailer is what I think it is, then means his other theory about [major spoiler 2 redacted] may also come to pass in this season, as well.
I kind of like that. Some trailers give everything away. This kind of teases the world/story but doesn’t ruin anything😃
@Reactsandgames yeah. The S1 trailer made it look like Vi and Jinx were working together! Very cleverly misleading.
i heard rumors that we might be seeing flashbacks of younger Silco and of Silco raising Jinx, which i’m looking forward to as i feel like this second season would feel empty without him in it in some way.
Ooo that would be awesome! I agree I would miss him from season 2 (even though he isn’t with us anymore lol) but he was a very charismatic character!
don't worry too much about the things u saw I'm sure vi is still looking for powder and u may ask how i know. it's because they always do these to trick the audience it's not the first time
I know all about that. Jayce survive and Viktor too. Others will die.
Please watch "bridging the rift". The "making off" of this show. It is almost as good as the show itself. Very touching as well.
Also, I don't think you have to cut parts. It's a youtube docu after all.
Definitely planned!😉
Caitlyn and Mels moms anger in this trailer makes me think that Mel and Caitlyns mom are dead.
there is a new trailer , please check
Gonna work on a video reacting to a LOT of league of legends content. Will start planning this week😉
Nice I’ll have a look. We are trying to sort out a list of things to watch, but also trying not to ruin season 2 of ARCANE at the same time lol
Can't wait!!
If you guys want to react to another adult-leaning animation with a big budget and great writing/hype, you could do Blue Eye Samurai. Top tier show - one season of 8 episodes.
Heard about that! Will add it to the list!😃👍🏻
Oh really!? Interesting! I think Mel survives. I’m not sure about Jayce but I really hope he does!
React 2 enemy music video
Will add it to the list! Will check it out before we watch the rift documentary 👍🏻
omg cant wait
Me too!!❤️
Just a guess but I have a suspicion that Jayce and or Victor survived the attack because Caitlyn has a new rifle and it looks like Hextech.
I think so too! Hope so at least!
Please guys, bring Chernobyl or Stranger things, the two shows are amazing!
Seen both unfortunately! Will be checking out the new season of STRANGER THINGS when it drops!
lol that was fast
😉
Definitely looking at planning league of legends content moving forward! Just trying to map out a list of what to watch first😃
Good luck! There's a ton of amazing League content for yall to dive into. (upwards of 120+ vids, depending on what you're interested in, all of which I think would be super exciting to check out). You guys have some groundwork ahead of you, but I promise it's worth it! I can't wait to see what you guys have next ;)
Reaction to new trailer?!?!
😊✌
please more league of legends there is alot to react to
Will be researching over the coming weeks to see what we can check out❤️
Fantastic! You wasted no time getting on this.
100%!
Viktor
You guys should 100% watch T B Skyen's video analysis of the teaser trailer if you guys want to hear about some theories for the next season! Its a bit long but its a fun pass the time sort of watch🫶
