- This is a great place to go with friends or family. A full kitchen and main building make this a great option if you want something in between tent and trailer camping. Elevated tent platforms also make setting up a tent easy and level.

The Cypress hills sky party every year is well worth attending. I don't know what happened as far as Covid but Cypress is indeed a dark sky site. The star party is attended by hundreds of amateur astronomers who are more than willing to demonstrate their gear. You'll see so many stars you won't be able to find common landmarks. I've seen huge Moose wander into our campsite, just meters away. They say there aren't dangerous predators but there are occasional reports of cougar and even bear once in a while, and I'm told they have good fishing in the lakes.
The stars were amazing every night! Even just looking up from the campfire was a treat.

Hey Schuler!!!! Glad you're doing well!! I took 3rd year theory with you a few years ago and I'm set to return to finally finish my 4th period in a couple weeks.
