Glad to hear the Uber news Sergei. At least now you know that the Uber system is garbage and support is poorly trained. In the future I would just keep calling repeatedly until you get somebody who happens to know what's going on.
Like I told you before, Uber has more business than Lyft. That means you can get by with only Uber. But you cannot get by with only Lyft. When it is very slow, put both Apps on but when it is busy, just use Uber alone. You will see my reasoning soon enough. I haven't done Lyft for a year now. Uber is good enough for me. I don't know about Calgary but in Toronto, Uber doesn't pay more than Lyft does. I have analysed the figures and you can do the same. App-wise, I am more comfortable with Uber App. Lyft sucks and they don't want to enhance it.
Ive seen the backlit uber and lyft signs that are powered by the 12v outlet and suction cupped to the windxhield.
