I Was Super Impressed With This Place - Baker Creek Preserve Is A+

Baker Creek Preserve located in Knoxville, TN is such a cool place. It really has it all. Asphault pumptrack and a downhill jumpline which I went back and rode it on my BMX and it was super fun on the BMX. It's a little hard to carry the speed on the fullsuspension. There's also a smaller pumptrack for kids. Skinnys and wood features thoughout the place and other random jumplines. And this is all just in the park and not even in the trail system!
We pulled into a massive parking lot with people on mountain bikes everywhere. It was actually kinda wild to see that. Coming up on it and just realizing how much money it's taking to build this place, it kind of reminded me of Bentonville.
Our main goal was to ride the blue jumpline Barn Burner. It was a very easy climb up. It's a pretty long jumpline that flowed well right off the bat. Super fast sections but the grade mellows out a bit towards the end but the jumps keep getting bigger so I did have to start pedaling for some jumps. It's a burner for sure and was super winded at the end.
We then went over to Soups On and what a pleasant surprise that trail was. Super fun and fast! We actually hit it twice it was so good. There's a ton more trail over this way too and would love to go explore more there.
We then hit Devil's Racetrack. I believe it's rated double black but I'd say it's a black. It's a jumpline with nothing really mandatory, all table tops. This trail rips though! We were stoked on this one. Jumps work at trail speed and the berms hold ya. Stay off the brakes and let er rip!
Really cool place and need to go back. The scene in Knoxville is pretty damn rad,

I was pretty stoked on Knoxville! There’s a ton more trail in this area too. Oh and a little place called Windrock is 40 minutes away! 🙌🏻

Rad looking spot here! Looked nice and fast in spots. Some of those tables looked like a stretch while some of them looked like an easy soar. One of them it looked like you went real deep on. Sick riding!
