Beyond amazing information. I`ve been longing for it for God knows how many years. It`s all gonna be more understandable/manageable from now on. Thank you, from the depths in me, for putting this info out there. Much love and respect, Monica, Norway.

To add a bit more nuance to the anger aspect. It is useful to realise that anger arises out of the perception of boundaries being violated. So another question to ask is whether that perception is correct or not. It isn't uncommon to misread a situation to some degree and sometimes completely. Unless we ask someone about why they did what they did, we won't know. Then fear patterns based on existing wounding fuel false perceptions, building up an anticipated picture of what is going on based on fears. Either way we still need to take some form of action to bring more awarness in so that the necessary corrections can take place. That action might be to ask for more information, or it might mean confronting someone, or it might mean looking within to become more aware of the patterns running - we can always harvest awareness if we orientate toward becoming more aware as a key to growth and evolution.

thanks for this, you touched on something i have always wondered about. I have always been very sensitive, most people tell me i am too sensitive. I feel a lot, i always have. I remember being a child and becoming overwhelmed energetically everyday, and having to retreat to my room and be quiet, it felt like this intense pressure on my heart, very uncomfortable. my parents couldn't understand it and didn't care to. it was very isolating. in my teenage years,i would call that feeling shame.or guilt, that is how it felt physically. as an adult i began calling anxiety. i have learned to be more comfortable with it over the last few years, even though it has changed my life and friendships, i have managed it. and now in the last couple of weeks it has come so incredibly strongly, very deeply uncomfortable. I know that i have unresolved trauma and pretty big shadow pieces that i need to work with. but i wonder if it not all mine... maybe my families and ancesters... i look forward to learning more, and perhaps finding a little peace. with love...

I feel what you are saying, I have gone through it, I still am learning to master my empathic traits. It's not an easy journey, but I do believe it is very rewarding, as we can feel the positive emotions more deeply too. Wish you love & strenght on your journey!

I had this for a long time too. I always thought there was something wrong with me, now beginning to see there’s something right with me ! ( with the help of great talks like this one!) For me, retreating into art was my saviour ❤️ I hope you can find your own sacred space.

Thank you really, Great to listen to you! Cause I am so tired of aka "spirituals" or "psychology-therapeuts" who just have come to "the mirror"-method (good for beginners to reflect), and never ever have understood the broader emotion spectrums, and many of those use that to justify their behaviours, with pushing over "the mirror", never daring to dive deeper. Because thats just even more confusing to many of us.
Good good Healing in listening to you :)
