. The sale and purchase of such houses are controlled by the Singapore Land Authority. The SLA reports to the Law Minister. Shanmugham is the Law Minister. That is the only issue
who approved the transaction? Who is the buyer? That's all. Again there are strict conditions for a buyer. It is restricted to citizens of Singapore. There are exceptions if sold to Foreigners.
