    Appreciate this video Jimmy----but, I would replace the whole caliper (including bracket of course) simply because the parts are so cheap nowadays. UNLESS, there's some kind of secret sauce with Toyota OEM calipers.. being greatly superior or something. It was tooooooo much work reconditioning those rusty old calipers.

      In general the deciding factor into what we do is affordability for the customer and then longevity of the part. In this case it was more so affordability. However I generally would keep the OEM calipers just because most aftermarket replacement calipers tend not to be as good. Of course we definitely don't want to find out the hard way that the caliper we put in wasn't of good quality as it would end up putting the customer in more financial stress. But if the calipers bad yeah we're replacing the whole thing.
