Make your own dust collection Blast Gates Cheap

- I Designed and built these blast gates for my dust collector using mostly cutoffs from the shop. I used 1/2" Baltic Burch plywood, 6 bolts and nuts from tractor supply, and a 4" PVC coupling for this DIY project. These blast gates don't reduce the size as the ones I bought from the supply store did making them more efficient. They attach to the outside of the pipe as to not restrict the flow. Super easy to build and work amazingly. Its a great upgrade for you DIY dust collection system.
