This turns out great. You must modify the flour to 2&1/2 Cups.

+Sarabeth Jankowiak You can leave the cream of tartar out and add just a little more salt. Itmay not last as long. Use the 'no sugar added' Jello though for sure!

I didn't use sugar-free Jell-O either... other than that I followed step by step. As I said. It did not thicken up.

Sugar free jello is best because if u use regular Jello that has sugar I won’t thicken because the sugar makes it watery and it won’t combine well
