Nice tour. One thing bugging me is, you see the folds in cloths. The event couldn't iron or steam them. Better presentation I think. Overall beautiful trees!
There are multiple blue, red, and white ribbons as well as awards of merit given out at the Midwest show. It has always been that way. They should really be refered to by color rather than the numbers . The clear boxes are used to hold the smallest trees. It was a good show this year with plenty of quality trees on display. Outside there were multiple vendors selling trees, pots, and supplies. Also outside were several trees from the garden's permanent collection. The show was held at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
