I actually believe that in away toothless is like hiccup and the light fury is like Astrid, toothless as green eye like Hiccup, strong, caring and kinda dopey when it comes to girls. Astrid and light have blue eyes both have strong don't mess with me personalities I think they would've made one badass team 😎

So it wouldn't exactly make sense if the whole species of lightfurys are albino. As linked into the movie, the lightfury x nightfury was based on a night x day mix. The nightfury owns the night and the lightfury owns the day. Even though Night Furys and Light Furys seem almost. identical, they are distinct species . Therefore they are different species, but the reason of being a distant relative of the nightfury, and looking almost identical to the nightfury, they were able to mate. But still, its a cool theory!!

@britneybunny8339 it is a bad design though. They didn't even try to make a good looking dragon. They had a great design but they scrapped it cause it wasn't "girly enough". They just tried to make her look pretty and girly. That's why she's so pretty cause they tried to make a pretty, appealing dragon rather than a more realistic female dragon.
I've seen more people mad at Toothless lmao- probably cause of the lengths he used to go to for Hiccup and suddenly the Light Fury came along and Toothless is whipped to the point the Light Fury literally shot at Hiccup and he still went crawling back.

People hate the Lightfury design because she doesn’t necessarily look like an actual dragon, her scales are like- non existent and they had to make her all sparkly and feminine. Also if she was in the wild more she probably wouldn’t blend in with anything besides snow since she’s so bright but there are other dragons like that, so.. Also this is just what other people say, I like the Lightfury.
