It's just the same procedure i went through when i took the A1 Life Skills test. I thought that B1 is something different and a bit difficult but i guess, to Filipinos, passing is not really a concern.

Hi Cyrene, as far as I know yan lang din ang alam kung accepted ID for B1 unless nandito ka sa UK then e accept nila ang drivers license mo or yung BRP card.

Hi Mohamed Chamkhi, thank you for watching my video, the topics in the B1 test are mostly about the day to day things we do for example where do you go shopping, favorite restaurant among other things. as for my experience there was no complicated questioned asked.

Hello thank you for watching, A1 is easier than the B1 they also have the same process on test. If you're taking your A1 in Philippines just make sure to listen to the instructions. Good luck

Hello, I think the IELTS to study in the UK is different from the IELTS for settlement visa. Please check on the UK Immigration website they have more information there. thank you

Hi po, sorry for the late reply po now ko lang nakita comment mo. The answer is yes po B1 is perfectly fine for FLRM instead of A2 accepted po sya same po sa ginawa ko. And makaka save po kayo kc valid pa po sya to get your ILR nman po. Thank you for viewing.

How about i want to do B1 test for applying fiance visa? So i don't need do more test if i want to apply spouse visa?
Hello thank you for watching my video, I think you can do directly the B1 test for your Fiance Visa but if you want to be on the safe side taking the minimum English requirement is a lot better as B1 is a bit complicated.

Hi Ofelia paxnsya na ngayon lang kita na reply. Sa pagkakaalam ko wala ng expiration ang B1 pwd mo syang gamitin to extend or renew your spouse visa and then yan na rin ang gagamitin mo pag ng ILR ka na.

Hello bee imran which form are you referring too? If its the sample test you mean, you can find it on the website the British council is giving you on their email confirming tour test application. If you mean the form I am holding on my picture in the video that one is the certificate you will get by post after you passed your test.

Hi Thank you for watching my video. No writing task as the test is about speaking and listening however you are allowed to take notes and I suggest you do take notes on key points while listening to the question. It helps me process my answer.

Hi thank you for watchong my video. If you take the exam with the British Council you will have a partner who is another candidate and the third peron who is the examiner. If you take the English test with Trinity College I believe it would be just you and the examiner.

Hello Tokunbo, the examiner will not stop you from looking at the notes you write down, they encourage you to take notes to help you remember key points in the conversation. Best of luck.

@@yolosadventureinuk9415 is it possible to take b1 directly instead of A1. my husband is in UK n I want to apply for going there but he said to me that you take b1 test directly instead of A1 because it save money or time both
So that is possible?
@@sumizia7634 it's possible to take B1 directly in your first apply of visa however keep in mind that B1 is a much advance test so if you are confident you will pass the test then go ahead but if you are unsure better be safe and take A1.

I took mine B1 last 2014 sis not bad in the Bristol and then after that ILR then done the citizenship 2016. Good thing natapos ko na lahat wala ng bayarin. This is very helpful sa mga gusto mag exam.

Hi, Thankyou for sharing this video. I gave my IELTS lifeskills B1 exam yesterday and now waiting for my result. I followed your advise and hope I don't have to retake another exam to apply for settlement/citizenship and decided to go straight for B1 instead of A2 for my visa extension. I have 2 questions please.. first question is - Do I need to take any other exam like Life in the UK test apart from B1 test to request spouse visa extension? 2nd question - how long did you wait to know your test result? Thanks in advance.

Hi Kimi, thank you for watching my video and all the best for your test result. I waited 2 weeks before I got my B1 test result. For your 2nd question, if your only applying for the spouse visa extension or FLRM for another 2 and a half year based on my experience you don't have to take another test the Life in the UK is only required when you are applying for the Indefinite Leave to Remain and Citizenship which is after you completed your 5yrs living in the UK.

Hi..just an update. Gave my exam on the 11th Dec, they mailed the test result and received today, 16th Dec. Quicker than I thought. And yes, I passed!! 😊👍

Hi Nelfa, thank sa pag watch ng video ko. Sa A1 ang ma tips ko lang sayo kung may question na di ka cgurado sa isasagot ask the examiner again and listen very carefully po sa questions.

@@nelfacuaresma1981 minsan meron tlagang mga examiner lalo sa pinas na hindi accomadating gaya dito sa UK, sa listening ang ginawa ko nag titake note ako ng mga key points habang nakikinig sa recording, gaya ng if nagmention ng lugar or oras or pangalan ng tao. When you apply the IELTS B1 via the British Council they will give you a link to a website where you can practice the test and there are sample scenarios and questions too. Since I finished taking my IELTS I can't access this official website anymore hence I can't give you the link anymore. In freaking out!When I checked my test taker portal, I realized I putted the reason for taking the test is for "immigration " . I can't remember if I have seen for UK visa application option for the reason though during registration or I'm just being so negligent! Help ! Is this going to be a problem? :( 😞😓
