A load of ripe waffle. The problem with Flawless' analysis of Arteta is that Arteta has already won a major. He has also succesfully overseen all the transformation needed on and off the pitch to make Arsenal a consistent title contender. Brendan Rodger challenged for 1 title and fell off a cliff at Liverpool after that. Brendan Rodgers also never had that great an impact at Liverpool. For Arteta to be this young in his managerial career and have the level of leadership , intelligence and skill he posesses it would be complete idiocracy to sack him just because he hasn't won another major yet. You can clearly see what he is building towards and it is really on the owners, the board and Edu to do all that is necessary to help Arteta reach his goals because the man is doing his part.

We haven’t been in UCL for ages, he got us there and went on to quarter final losing against experienced BM. (Remember, less than 4 players of arsenal, had played in the Champions League prior to that)
