It's really fun seeing live updates on this project from cool rust demo to nice tool for those who need it, to really useful software anyone might want to use.
My silly question: In one broadcaster with 1000 viewers case. Is there any one AES key to encrypt the streaming data and every one else using the same AES key? Or, in such a case, no need to encrypt at all?
Hello! Can I learn how you implement this program? I'm trying to learn through reading the codes, but there are some questions I have... Firstly, what is advantages of not using WebRTC? I'm learner here, so no offensive. I heard zoom is using WebRTC to enable high-quality video, but I can see you made crystal-clear video conferencing without that. Also even scale up crazingly. What is difference here? I heard to enable this, it is hard to just use websocket... Also, if I can ask how did you learn about this types of topics and start implementation, that will be really helpful advice for young engineer. Thank you!
I'm a novice programmer who makes short scripts to make my life easier. Your shorts and videos always come on my homepage. Even though I don't understand most of it, I'm still amazed by your technical excellence. What would you recommend to a person like me so that I can be like you in maybe 10-15 years? Thank you in advance!
Hey @bilalmaleq !! thank you for your super kind words!! I think that starting small is my most important principle, seems like you are already doing this. The second most important principle would be to be curious, and to always go above and beyond. I used to work as a UI developer but still I got involved in designed the APIs and even writing backend code. The third principle is to surround yourself with people that you admire and than help you to grow.
@@dario.lencina I want to be really good engineer. I want to be able to understand CS in its depth. Apologies for the late response. I didn't get the notification for this comment.
To give a little bit of context, I'm a marketer and have been trying to pivot towards software engineering for a while. I can make a crud application in mern. I also have a surface-level knowledge of cs and linux. I am interviewing with companies who would take in a full-time junior role so I can follow my passion. I actually have a an interview lined up for a mern dev and the company works heavily with rust. If I could get that role, it would be amazing!
@@bilalmaleqheck yeah dude 🎉 congrats on the pivot and welcome to the amazing software industry. Regarding the interview, please provide more context so that I can give you good advice. Did they give you an overview of the interview topics?
You should start streaming while you coding your project. And yeah, you should move to AES 256(why not?). i think login with Google is enough
Yes!! I want to do live streaming!! regarding login with google the reality is that it is the standard, I agree with you
