i am really wondering of how many people alive on this planet would be able to do the crazy stuff you do. I doubt there is a single other one with your skillset, determination, mental strength, endurance and golden genes... my DEEPEST respect and also envy mate!
My baseline for fueling was 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour, and 500m of water per hour. This was mostly made up or bars, candy, gels and carb drink mix. I also ate a proper meal every 6 hours
hey brotha, love the video! mind sharing what action cam you used as well as the settings and mount placement? trying to figure out my new gopro hero 13 but having a tough time getting the right angle. not sure wether to use hyperview (11mm) and/or where to mount it.

This was the GoPro 13, 4K, 30fps on everything else set to auto. GoPro was mounted under neath my helmets peak
