Spinach & Artichoke Dip -Easy Appetizer- Super Bowl Appetizer

  • AUNT SONJA’S SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP
    INGREDIENTS
    2 bags of frozen spinach
    1 can of artichokes
    ½ cup of mayo
    2 cups of sour cream
    1 8 oz package of cream cheese
    8 oz of mozzarella cheese
    16 oz of parmesan cheese
    2 tsp of garlic powder
    Salt and pepper
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 375.
    2. Place all ingredients except 8 oz of parmesan cheese in 9 x 12 pan and mix well.
    (Be sure to drain artichokes well & soften cream cheese to make mixing easier.)
    3. Top with remaining cheese and place in oven.
    4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and you see bubbling on the edges.
    5. Serve with your choice of crackers or chips and ENJOY!
