Thank you! You give so many suggestions and processes to start even with a small change and really make this a simple way to start putting action behind all the knowing! Truly life transforming information if put into practice!
Very inspiring thank you. Values are different to personal character traits though. Values are what we value most in life like our health, our family, our friends. Character traits are kindness, compassion etc. Both very different.
Dr. Rangan, absolutely loved your conversation with Andrey. I have been listening to your show you as well. You are genuinely an embodiment of a new era of medicine. I wish more Drs. continue to act, behave and think the way that you do when it comes to their patients. I loved that you pay attention to the root cause not treat symptoms. Something that you said that hit me hard was " We cannot change anyone unless they are willing to change themselves." I have been an advocate of personal and transformational change for my family, friends people that I come across. Like you said, it is very hard to get the message across unless WE become the embodiment of those changes first. Be the change you want to see in the world. So I thank you for being YOU.
This is absolutely true! In 2022 I was overweight at 55, had a lot of brain fog, lacked energy and more. I had been isearching for answers and approaches for years to tackle my problems with a variety of nutritional approaches and felt so frustrated and confused with all the different messages I was getting from the so-called experts. I meditated and got a message that so much of what I was listening to was not true for me, so I tuned into my own intuition along with recommendations from people who had great information and followed the path of whole food plant-based low-fat nutrition and within a year I lost 20 lb. I quit having menopausal symptoms, had less brain fog, and had more energy since I was in my 30s. It was only when I quit listening and tuned in to myself that I began to follow my own truth. I still listen to experts in nutrition and health, but now have something internal to see if it resonates with my own truth. I am definitely going to seek out more information from you because it is so wise,
I absolutely love this!! I’ve actually created a whole method, called Sensefulness method, to help people connect to their interception to navigate through life with inner guidance. Happy to see doctors bringing more of this into their practice!!
Thank you so much for this episod, I am so in awe to see the quality of the conversations you're having with your guests. And I especially appreciate the space you give them to talk and the quality of your listenning. The real star in your podcast is not the guest or even you, André, but the conversation. So thank you for podcasting with such talent.
Brilliant conversation...deeply profound insights. The concept of purpose discussed is so powerful. Discovering and cultivating the meaning and value in what you do every day taps into a deep wisdom around how we conceive of our impact in the world and how we can bring benefit to others and to ourselves.
Much appreciation to both of you outstanding gentlemen! We are navigating the major shifts within society, culture, and our mother earth planet. The intangibles have changed drastically. I consider the exhange of ideas between you two a great service to humanity. 😊❤
… I so respect Dr Chatterjee ! … and you are both correct in regards to listening to your body when it comes to choosing which diet to engage… and it’s important to know that your body may need you to engage other diets at different times, depending on your lifestyle demands you are experiencing …
What a gift Christmas gentleman 💕. Two men I listen to on tube and have learnt and reflected on your shared conversations. Such a delight to see you both together in conversation, very powerful. Wishing you both a joyful 2025 🌟🕊️✨🙏💕
This episode was incredible! I always think to myself when i listen to Rangan, that i wish he were guesting in other peoples podcasts because he has so much beautiful powerful knowledge. He is so passionate, kind ang genuine. Loved this so much, Andre! This conversation was so refreshing and grounding, reminding me to spend more time in solitude. Much love ❤
I wanna say thank you both for incredibly inspiring and practical podcast! I loved idea about perfect day or conversation. They do not exist and the best you can do to enjoy your day or conversation is to be present and grateful in this moment
This was a great conversation. Thank you for sharing this teacher with us. These nuggets will help take my path to the next level. Everything he spoke about validates everything I have learned over the last few years.
I love how they start off talking about meaning first and then go into purpose. Kind of shows you that meaning starts purpose. And your intent is almost everything 🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏🤯🔥💓🤔📚💯✨☯️🧠
Dr Rangan you are a hope for humanity it is not a case that your roots are Indian amazing country seed of wisdom even sometime paradoxical thank you from the deep of my hearth
Hi Andre, I look forward to Tuesdays for your new podcast to come out and really appreciate the diversity of experts you bring onto the show. I would like to suggest a guest, Satpal Singh from Nanak Naam [UK]. He has a wealth of knowledge in the space of spirituality.
Previously healthy 39 year old. I loved the way one should live..... picture perfect health to chronic debilitating pain overnight for no known reason that's diagnosable this far after 6 months. I certainly didn't ask for this and by health standards, I didn't do anything for this to happen to me.
How timely,. My morning routine includes solitude. Today I had two and a half hours before I even looked at my phone. In that time I enjoyed my coffee, read and contemplated, got to work out in, put my feet on the earth, and meditated. I have the luxury to do this. I know whether is don't have as much time but I'm grateful I do. Now let's get ready and go off to work.
One only needs to look at our animal forebearers to see that we are indeed competitive by nature. Wherever there's a hierarchy there's competition. In the animal kingdom, it's survival of the fittest. To compete for mates and social status is very much in our nature.
Dr. Chatterjee was dropping that heat no doubt, but it was how the good doctor was sitting at 1:37:07 that told me all I need to know that this man knows what he's talking about lol
44:45 He mentions Edith Ekka or Ecka (who i suppose is a well known author). Does someone know who they are talking about and the right spelling ? Thanks 😉💛
@15 not trusting our own mind in health is because doctors tell us not to trust ourselves but to trust them instead, so we need to see this as a gas light if they're not serving us without ego
Well I don’t know if anyone can help me identify why we get to some certain age( We can’t hurt people anymore) I’m feeling weak any little thing I do I think about how others feel about it 😂
What to ask yourself each morning: 1. What am I grateful for today? 2. What do I need to do today, and do that thing for seven days, and your life will change. 3. What do I want to demonstrate to the world today?
If I told you initially tearing your muscles would be good for you would you not workout , things that seemingly “hurt” you could actually be good for you 🤙
Thank you both for sharing this convo with us. But I have to say, am I the only one who found this almost unsettlingly insincere? It was more of a tense, relentless one-sided monologue than a two-way conversation. That said, there are real gems of advice that I appreciated and would love to adopt, so I’ll be re-listening despite the uneasy first impression. I think I was just waiting for it to become a mutual knowledge exchange/for Dr. Rangan to relax - but that didn’t happen I know I’m not one to judge from the comforts of my internet anonymity but I feel it’s worth sharing my truth instead of adding to the sea of pure positivity I’m seeing in the comments. Maybe someone else who feels the same as I did will appreciate seeing their views represented. Dr Rangan I do value your content and support this new chapter of your learning and sharing-it’s important work. But my final takeaway is that this felt preachy and almost forced. Take a deep breath and let go of a need to prove things 🧘
@47 minutes, but isn't that just disassociating and gas lighting oneself, like checking out of the real experience because you can't feel it authentically at the time but you'll need to process it at some point.
Also at 1 hr, why does a person need to change? I guess the video is for people who want to be different? I don't want to be a different person. But I did get a great practice earlier in video about the 3 things to do upon waking which can better embody the Love I am. So I'll do that practice but a lot of the extra stuff and fluff I'm not really resonating with, it kinda seems like CBT or ABA. Which to me is a trip to becoming inauthentic and not honoring yourself or life living through you authentically.
Thanks so much for having me on your wonderful show André - absolutely loved our conversation together!
I love your podcast. Thank you for your work.

It makes sense that these podcasts don't have native American elders , and everything they went through

Eat when you're hungry, drink when you're thirsty is a good start when listening to your body 😊❤
I’ll eat when I’m hungry I’ll drink when I’m dry, if moonshine don’t kill me I’ll live till I die

Yeah!! Trust our wisdom within. We have an expert within.

Knowledge with action is power and grows wisdom.
Knowledge alone is not power.
Knowledge is not power, APPLIED KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!! Whats knowledge without action….
ABSOLUTELY
We've been lied to.

If they would just stop poisoning, the food, the water and the air. I think we would all do a lot better.
I totally agree
It’s easy to say being in a call center is still living in alignment when you’re not doing it.
People go back to the old habits due to lack of accountability, self discipline and no self love.
It has shrunk the world
Well I don’t know if anyone can help me identify why we get to some certain age( We can’t hurt people anymore) I’m feeling weak any little thing I do I think about how others feel about it 😂
That doesn't sound like a weakness, it sounds like awareness. 🙏🏼
