Being pretty new to the indie makeup world I REALLY appreciate this kind of video 🙏🏻 It helps me to refine and focus my purchases to certain formulas within brands. Extremely helpful! Thanks, Milly! 😊💖
Listen we all knew Inconsistent was meant for Odens Eye before you even got there 😂 I love those singles (the price point is unbeatable for the regular ones) but you definitely have to be a bit picky. I’m sooo tempted to get Jade even tho everyone says it’s almost unusable but my dumb dumb brain wants to touch it for myself 😂
I really would have liked to hear comments on the new formula by Lethal Cosmetics. As this is now kept within the Avatar Collection and Spellcraft Palette, that are no longer being sold as singles, they can't be included in this ranking. It's strange that I've only heard a few speak up about the drier mattes and flakier shimmer formula via videos. I experienced the worst shadows ever from the Avatar Collection that literally fell from my eyes and some arrived completely broken. As they are no longer making their shadows in Germany, they have become more like Oden's Eye instead. I'd love to know if anyone else is noticing this difference in formula and how they feel about this compared to the older formula from the Pure Metals and Multichromes previously.🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨 PS. Thank goodness that Clionadh are back to shipping!
I don’t have the Avatar palettes not the Spellcraft palettes but from what I’ve seen they did seem to have added a flakier texture to their shimmer shadow variety. Curious to see if they keep it for future new palettes
Thank you so much for this video. I’ve just started using Indie eyeshadows ( Ensley Reign ) and I also have hooded eyes so this ranking is very useful. I can’t wait to receive the Light Scatters collection, it finally shipped today ( Canada Post workers are back to work after being on strike for a bit more than a month ). ❤❤❤
Great idea! Tm & clionadh are my tippety tops, then devinah. I love sbsd but that super dry squeaky formula drives me craaaaazy 😅 *oe shimmers in palettes tend to hardpan on me too. 😢
This was fun! Thank you, Milly!! It sounds like I definitely have to try the Unnamed collection from Touch of Glam. Her Color Me Multis are my favorite shimmers of all time, so I'd love to try more of her formulas. 💜✨
thank you so much for telling us which ones are squishy and might have a higher likelihood of creasing! My oily creasy lids thank you! In the summer it’s really rough 😂💕
Awesome video Milly! Love these tier videos and so helpful on which singles to buy. Can't wait to see the palette tier video. Also, have you talked about Ensely Rain palettes and the why the high price points?
I would love to know too! It reminds me of “Buried” from Fantasy Cosmetica. I have that one and it’s a grungy brownish red terracotta shade like that 🤎❤️
I have ordered a few times from them and they’re one of my faves. They’ve definitely improved a lot. I just got like 5 singles recently and they are stunning. (I got nebula, sphinx holo, nightskies kaleidoscope, UR the worst and not your baby) I would put them up there with Terra moons and touch of glam. Downside though is it takes like 4 months to get an order.
Hey Milly 👋 Such a great ranking! I trust your multichrome reviews above all others so it’s great to have this guide to “the best of the best.” On that note, I received my Light Scatters palette last week and all I can is wow 🤩 The super smooth and lightweight formulas you and Clionadh created are indeed among the “best of the best” in my collection. When I placed my order I had no doubts whatsoever that your multichromes would be an 11 out of 10, and now that I have them i rate them an S+++++++++ Thanks for the content and for the outstanding collab with a brand I love. 🫶🙌✨🪩🥂
Hii!! I am super excitedly waiting for mine, it is not shipped yet, I bought toqards the end of the sale. Could you please let me know if they are like too sheer? I have read such comments on some places, and I am soo curious how it is, thank you so much🥰
@@morbikdon5245Not too sheer IMO. They are a versatile formula that allows them to look good applied sheerly or applied to full opacity. The formula is very consistent with the Clionadh stained glass shadows.
@@Poshpepper thank youuu, I think I am soo excited that I started over-analyzing. I have tons of stained glass eyeshadow and love them all :D so I think I will really enjoy, also thanks to the fact that it is created by Milly
Oof Harpy from BBB is the worst single shadow I've ever used. Can't even swatch it. It's so flaky. It's not even usable. Comes out of the pan like shards. Has anyone else had this issue?? Edit.. if you know a way to make this shadow work... please let me know. I was so sad I couldn't even see any pigmentation from the flakes I could get to grip to my finger and brush.
I still don't understand the love for Oden's Eye. Any time I try them, they're just OKAY bet best. I get more consistency with other brands and they somehow put a weird mustard or chartreuse in every palette and I refuse to buy a palette with the swamp yellows and greens
Actually the most useful tier list on the internet.

Yes to mainstream rankings

Omg i am looking at Jade too but i have to restrain myself because i have oily eyelids 😅
😂
I would love a spreadsheet with every single shadow you have that puts each one in one of the categories you created. Great idea for a video, Milly!
Your eyelook here is gorgeous, love the open outer corner makes it look so airy and ethereal!
Thank you so much 🙂
You always have great vid ideas.
Thank you! I try!

I haven’t tried their single eyeshadows
