I remember this was first video i saw and i decided to become ETL developer after seeing that video just clear some concepts from that day to now after lots of hardwork a ETL developer. Working on talend, matillion, informatica and abinitio. This journey is quite amazing.

Just had an online interview in Paytm and they asked what's OLTP & OLAP.... I said I didn't know because I had no idea what it was but I knew what ETL is.....man I feel dumb🥹😭

I really feel a teacher, a mentor should understand his audience first, talking about things in your jargons/terminology is easy but explaining it in a way where even a non-technical person can understand the business value behind it, is RARE.
