Christine is such an amazing skater. It is hard to believe she taught herself to skate only a few years ago. Her skate journey started on roller skates and now she is part of the Wizard family. She is also an instructor with Alien Inline and an examiner for SkateIA.

So... when I was a kid and we would skate from one spot to another, I never really cared that much about the process of getting there, I just wanted to get to that rail or ledge or whatever. Now that I'm older and I don't really skate much, I definitely appreciate the process more. Rolling down the street with my friends is always going to be one of the best parts of growing up :)
Car Silk I was the same. For all time I didn’t appreciate just the feeling of rolling. My skates were just trick boots. But now the tricks are secondary.

my first pair of inlines were suppose to come in today but for some reason it was canceled :( thankfully you guys uploaded to hold me over one more day :)
whatever. Hey, do you have a place to skate, like a park or beach path . Also, I would advise to keep the brake on until you understand how to maneuver around obstacles & how to stop, . These videos really help , wish I had these when I was learning! Have fun, play it safe , scope out the trail before you just go for it!

Darius Eshete I’ve had people dive into the sand on the side of the beach path, or jump into the dirt. They really thought I would hit them or fall or something. Wasn’t even going that fast.
