- Another Northern California self-service junkyard video, albeit a photo slideshow this time. These were taken before I first attempted recording video, but the subject was too unique to leave in my archives. It's a rare 1937 Graham Supercharger 120 Touring Sedan, one of about 3000 built. Like the name implies, the inline-six Graham was an early adopter of supercharger technology for improved performance and fuel economy, able to produce 116 horsepower, and averaged 26 miles per gallon in the AAA-sanctioned 1936 Gilmore-Yosemite Economy Classic. Much of this car's distinctive bodywork and the original powertrain were long gone by the time I found it, but many interesting details remained.

Who the hell would send something like this to a junkyard?
Yeah, no kidding. This is a high turnover yard so the cars get crushed in about a month. It was never even listed in inventory online. I just happened to find it when I went.
