- I tried eating and training like Natacha Oceane, the Queen of fitness on UA-cam. Her diet is healthy, yet still delicious. Natacha's exercises are most definitely beast level, it was fun but a brutal workout . Here's how it went for someone out of shape like me!

I hope you guys got at least a solid chuckle or two out of this video because it took an eternity to edit it! Have you guys tried any new meals or exercises lately? Comment below! And welcome to all the new subscribers! Y'all rock. :)
I recently started doing a 0 to 5k training, and it's kicking my butt! But the more I do it, the more I enjoy it 😅 as someone who always tried to avoid the dreaded mile in school. It's very surprising 😂
And I've been eating high protein overnight oats, mixing vanilla protein powder and powdered peanut butter together to hydrate the oats, and it tastes like a peanut butter nobake cookie lol
Loving your videos and helping motivate my lil autistic body as it navigates PCOS and early menopause ❤ keep up your fab work and appreciate your humour and candidness xxx
A word of if advice: throughout this video, you kicked ass. You tried new things and got out if your comfort zone and pushed yourself in order to grow and strengthen your own health. But what I hear is a TON of self depreciation. So my advice is relax, accept that you are not where you want to be right now and that the process will be sloppy. Focus on where you want to be instead of where you are. Be proud of yourself! You got this!
This was such a sweet comment ❤️ I promise I don't hate myself or anything, I am just very able to laugh at my own shenanigans. My sense of humor does tend to run on the self-depricate-y side. You are right though, the process is definitely sloppy, but I'm definitely celebrating every step towards progress :) Thank you for the support and the kind words!
Agreed! Focus on where you want to be and while reminding yourself it’s okay you aren’t there but will get there.
The dedication it took to not only try and do the exercises but to take what you had to make it work is more work than most! Freaking love it!
One of the rules of the universe is that the first batch of pancakes is going to be ruined. Happens every time.
P.S. I love Natacha and just subscribed to you too.
i bought her BUILD program and did it for about a year. she is TOUGH. i had to take everything at a snails pace. I restarted my fitness journey about 8 months ago and I’m just taking a lot of time to build up the incredible amount of strength and stamina her program takes by doing other easier workouts before I tackle her again. So you’re awesome! she is a beast (as you said)! thanks for the video!
edit: i think that exercise is called a duck walk in her program but i could be wrong
The ingenuity for these workouts are more then most people would ever do. Love it!
thanks! I kinda like the creative challenge. Definitely less awkward than filming in the gym 😅
I just discovered you and you had me smiling for the entire video. Your sense of humour is definitely a requirement for embarking on a fitness journey/adventure/dabble. 👏
Great video! A piece of advice: Zone 2 training should feel relatively easy so if it was that hard for you to maintain, that most likely means your calculated max heart rate is much higher than your actual max heart rate. You could try biking as fast as you can for as long as you can, and use the highest heart rate you get to as a better approximation for you max!
thank you! I'm very new to zone training so it comes with a bit of a learning curve. I appreciate the tip!
I love your personality, youre hilarious. Went to subscribe and I already was! lol keep it up
thank you! Glad you're here :D
super fun video! no shame in modifications - ESPECIALLY with natacha's workouts, lol. loved your humour throughout this.
Thanks! And no joke, her workouts are brutal, but super fun, even if they do end with me half dead on the couch after 😂
The blue hair is giving 😻youre lit-trally so pretty 🫶🏾
thank you! ❤️
I love your videos. You're so fun! Thank you for making them! 💜
You're welcome! I'm glad you enjoy them! It always makes me smile to see familiar users pop up again in the comments. I'm always like "yay, they stayed around!" :D
Good job love the modification and using what you have to get a work out done. Those workouts are tough so good job pushing through and completing the work out.
You might have the most likeable, relatable personality ive found on fitness side of youtube. You absolutely smashed this! I love natacha but im intimidated by her workouts, thank you for showing us it can be accessible!
Thank you! And happy to help 😀 just about every workout out there can be modified to certain degrees, it varies
How have I never come across this channel? This is great info and really well done. Great job! Subscribed :)
I don't know but I'm glad you found it now! Thanks! And welcome to our little community!
Thank you for talking about the relationship with food! That is so so important. Dieting will only bring us back to where we started or worse....
You're welcome! I love being active, getting stronger, and trying new fitness challenges, but it really comes down to diet. Especially when I can undo multiple hours of exercise with a single piece of cake! The hard part is finding balance for sure.
I found you today and you are hilarious. Subscribed 💕
I love Natasha, she’s such an inspiration and good on you for challenging yourself and following her routine, not even letting the equipment situation stand in your way 😊
Thank you! And she's the best. I hope I have a healthy relationship with food like she does one day!
Your dedication and determination are so inspirational, and your honesty, sense of humor, editing style, and cats are 1000% why I'm sticking around! ❤❤❤
Aw, thank you! 😊
You just came ashore on my feed, and I really enjoy your content! Thanks for taking us with you on your journey. Greetings from Germany! (I also don't like the gym and enjoy home workouts)
I'm glad you enjoy it! It makes me smile to see my little channel has reached people all the way in Germany. :)
☀️🌷Yay, I was so glad to see a new video from you! You are great ✨🐈
Thank you! 😊
I love the creative home substitutes! I work out at home and I have done similar things so it gives me a good chuckle and it makes my subs feel a little more valid lol
Glad you enjoyed it, I was struggling but determined to make it happen lol
You're a queen!!! 💜
Aw thank you! ❤️
I loved the video! I feel the struggles and the lack of upper and lower body strength. Thank you so much for reminding me that we can work with what we have and strive for consistency, not perfection.
I've been watching a few of your videos and I want to say you are just SO PRETTY! I also think your content is super entertaining, I subscribed!
Thank you so much!! And welcome to our little community 😀
I was drinking a lot of coffee and started to get really bad energy slumps. I switched to matcha yesterday and I already feel so much better. I never realised how much coffee was affecting me. The taste isn’t for everyone, but it’s definitely worth a try!
I don't hate it, but I don't think I'll ever love matcha either. I have realized that coffee seems to be making my migraines worse though. I've been cutting back. I'm still sleepy, but it's better than having a complete energy crash.
Loovveee your personality! It's as bright as your hair, miss ma'am. Happily subscribed.
I've been really enjoying the recipes for the Mediterranean diet from the Eating Well website. I've made six so far and they've all been bangers, but I never met a nightshade veggie/ fruit i didn't love too! I can highly recommend Spanakorizo, spinach & tortellini casserole, tuna - zucchini pasta, smoky shrimp and grits etc also I cheat and bulk up the recipes a bit by adding extra veg like spinach, zucchini, roasted red peppers basically anything tasty and low cal / high bulk
I enjoy mediterranean food, but hadn't heard of the eating well website. I'll have to check it out for sure. All of that except the tuna(forever cat food to me lol) sounds delicious. The bulk helps, I swear peppers and spinach can be snuck into dang near anything without messing it up, it's awesome.
@@thighsthelimit I hear you on tuna, it's not for everyone. I have found that the higher quality varieties are more palatable than run of the mill white tuna in water though.
Omg you are so funny and I love Natacha content so this cannot go wrong..please keep posting ❤
thank you! And I will! Just gotta get caught up with editing(the forever struggle lol)
I love Natasha as well and this was such a great video!
Yay! Thank you!
This was such a fun video! I just picked up running and I can def relate on how difficult zone training is. Also love your editing style! Can’t wait to see more vids :)
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Props to you on starting running, it's hard! And thank you, it takes forever to edit each video, so I'm very glad y'all are enjoying it. More coming soon! :D
Also I think the third exercise is weighted walking squats, and ideally you don’t go lower than ~90° with the front bent leg (weight bearing leg). I think maybe a good modification would be traveling lunges.
thank you!
The inserted simpson clip was hilarious. Your so relatable mate
Thank you! 😄
the lunch time part woke up everyone in the household for my cackle 😂😂😂😂
My bad 😅
I do that type of bike the gym or used to when I went. I have knee problems and ankle issues. I have constant calves cramps that never go away and Achilles tendons pain as it’s always tight. My favourite workout is on the elliptical I did used to do around 30-50 minutes of that and weights.
Knee and ankle problems are the friggin worst, I swear. Love the elliptical!
Yay new upload! Video idea: Can you do a 30 day walking challenge ? Apparently some are saying if you walk everyday for a month you lose weight with a walking pad.
I have a few walking challenges already posted and it is hands down my favorite way to exercise. I have only done outdoor walking challenges and not a walking pad challenge though. Once I get over my ankle/foot injury, I will happily do that! The diet definitely matters more, but walking is a significant help with weight loss for sure.
Can we be friends???😁 I've only just recently found your channel and have seen a few of your videos. Your style, vibes, humor, honesty and tenacity are *chef's kiss!* Also, I'm also a cat momma🥰 totally understand the difficulty working out with them around 😂
I'm glad you've enjoyed them! :D And I swear, cats need all 9 of those lives, because mine have no survival instincts! 😂
Damn, you're so cute and funny! :D I wish you the best of luck on your fitness journey.
My cat loves intereupting my workouts as well 😂😂
They thrive on chaos 😅
Just subscribed ❤
How often do people tell you that you look like Jennifer Lawrence?
You're the first actually 😅
@@thighsthelimit love watching your videos. Don’t give up 💪🏻
Nice vidéo! Could you try a 30 days no sugar challenge and document your recipes for us? Thank you
Where did you get those lemon leggings? I’ve seen them in a few of your videos and I love/want them! Also, love you and your channel ❤❤
Truthfully I've had them so long I can't remember, but they were likely from Walmart or a thrift store special. I looked online to see if I could find the exact same ones, but had no luck. I did however find some with similar happy lemon vibes! I put the links in the description box of the video for ya. :) And I'm so glad you're enjoying the channel!
Love the sloth t-shirt. So me. Need to get it 😂
It's my favorite. I got lucky and found it at a thrift store, but I found the same shirt on Amazon. The link is in the description box for this video. :)
Oooh that improvised lat pull down idea worked really well!
it's called a duck was with an overhead hold
Eating the pickles first can help with digestion and insulin resistance!!! 😊😊😊
I’m trying to do things to get better too 🥰🥰❤️
You got this!
Completely un related but your glasses frame your face very well!
thank you!
I've seen a few of your videos now and I'm getting Beatrice Caruso vibes. She started just like you doing challenges and trying to lose weight and hasn't done shit for years now, oh and she gained her weight back. Hopefully you keep up the great progress and don't go down her path lol I'd hate to see it cause you are fun to watch. Best wishes ☺️
