I've been watching since you built the first jet boat and have been wondering now that you live in Florida when you're going to build another boat since the boating season is almost year round here! My city turned out to be a big hoa and they frown on anything fun. Up until a few years ago you couldn't even have a truck in the driveway. I picked the wrong spot lol.
