Will that machaine scatch the stones if there moissanite or czs?

If it’s CZ it possibly can be scratched. Moissanite and diamonds are very similar in the hardness scale (scratch resistant). So no. The machine will not scratch these moissanites. If anything just clean them after because they will be dirty. Hot water and dish soap and tooth brush

Say your trying to do this to a grill can I just hit it with the rotary wheel and the red and blue paste and avoid putting the regular sand paper to it?

Yea only use red and then blue. Try using a softer head tho so that it can get in all the grooves of the grill since the grills are not so much of a flat surface
