- Rapjee Wangchuk demonstrates 3 common mudras for Vajarayana Buddhist practice.in the Nyingma tradition. First, the Sky Treasure mudra, then the Eight Auspicious Offering mudra, and finally the Tsog Offering mudra. We hope you'll find these helpful in your practice. Rapjee is one of HH Penor Rinpoche's close monks, who traveled and taught for years with His Holiness. He shows us how he was taught in the Palyul monastery.
Good idea to film from this angle, makes left and right hand distinct! Thank you!
