Super cool, super dashing young man. Easy to listen to in all his interviews and as a singer. Watched bandstand without fail back then. We lost the greatest far to soon, so loved and sadly missed. RIP BOBBY DARIN
As a young boy growing up, I was a Bobby Darin fan. I also saw Bobby in the Movie " Pressure Point" while I was in South America. May God Bless His Soul !!!
Bobby was always complimentary of great talents, of his time and many that had preceeded him. Every time he recorded/performed music composed not by him but by somebody else (yes, he recorded at least one Beatles medley), it was High Praise indeed.
Love bobby! I listened to him growing up and i never knew how great of a spirit he was and his whole back story until today. So sad but i'm so glad he was with us longer than he was supposed to have.
Two great friends together having a wonderful chat…….. Bobby Darin and Richard Clark. Loved watching these guys together, just genuine friendship. Bandstand was never missed.
Really nice interview with the great Bobby Darin. And boy did that record countdown bring back memories. Watched bandstand every Saturday when I was growing up in the 1960's.
Brilliant interview. Bobby appears calm, cool, yet concerned about the future of his music. The Beatles took these guys all down, but Bobby bares no hard feelings and calls them "brilliant". Thank you SO for this. - A lifetong Darin fan, JG
Bobby is a legend. Those top ten songs that dick clark showed on there is better than most of the crappy music that has been coming out the last 10 years.
The tragedy is the class was all in America...As a UK fan always preferred America original music The Beach Boys were best Bobby of course. Pat Boone. Little Richard. Bill holey British Manfreds and Herman The Beatles were a rough village hall group
It's great to hear such honesty in an interview with a star. I agree with Bobby that his 1964 singles should have done a lot better than they did. Some of them are on my MaltShopPopsicle channel. Singles like "I Wonder Who's Kissing Her Now", "The Things in This House", "Venice Blue" and the flip, "A World Without You" are all incredible records that didn't get much play. I share Bobby's disspointment over this.

I agree,how old are you?
I saw Bobby Darin in the very early 60s he was absolutely brilliant what a showman I live in Liverpool.
Bobby is the literal Goat. So down to Earth and chill
intelligent, too.

Bobby Darin, such incredible actor and singer! Love his songs and I'm looking forward to watch more of his movies, great entertainer!
Musician, Composer, Singer, Actor....incredibly talented at all.
It's nice to hear Bobby "The Legend" Darin talk highly of The Beatles

The Beatles were simply ghastly!!
A rough crew

Two very wonderful gentlemen.
Bobby was so darling and articulate. Thanks to Dick Clark for not interrupting him and listening instead.
As a UK fan have to say Dick Clark was a gentleman and Bobby

So mature beyond his years!!!
Darin displays his usual insight and intelligence. It is also interesting to note how good -and enduring-most of the songs in the top ten were.

Bobby Darin the very best...RIP Dear Bobby sleep warn..
so fantastic...thank you for sharing...
I read once that Mr. Darin was Mr. Clark's favorite singer...a very high recommendation!

Yes but in 2 years he'd bounce back with his smash "If I Were A Carpenter"! :)
Bobby. Queen of the hop. My favourite
Bobby❤❤❤❤❤❤
Fascinating stuff.
"ONCE UPON A TIME"....
A class act......
Bobby Darin's prediction about 'The Beatles' seems strange now that it is 2015.
Strange? How about, CORRECT.
Strange?? The Beatles are still the greatest popular music ever and they will be listened to a thousand years. His prediction was amazing!
cool video. thanks for sharing.
HERE HERE!
I'm from the year 2965. I still listen to the Beatles...
🤣👍
O voce divină și la vorbit și la cantat te liniștește precum o mantră tibetană!
