Why? When Mike and Bobby got Heidi and Amanda we still followed them... And I'm sure the two men that Cheryl and Jay recruit will be just as good. If it means the Fizz will be back to a foursome then I'm all for it. I will miss Mike as we all will but The show must Go On
I've seen them do some great gigs in the last 10 years but they sound absolutely terrible here - very, very weak vocally and all over the place, all three of them. They need to stop relying on those in-ear monitors, put some conventional monitors on stage and listen to how this sounds in the room over the PA.
As my Nan would have said.."who stood on the cat?" This is the worst I have ever heard them. The musicians are good but the vocals are shocking. Hopefully they will get two new blokes who can actually sing (unlike Mike) and Cheryl will stop singing two octaves too high.
Great songs and deservedly hits at the time, but they sound dreary and lack fizz performed at a slower tempo, like at 33rpm instead of 45. The Piece of the action routine looks daft with Cheryl and Jay clapping into mid air.
