Britta Wend - German wheelchair tennis national team

I first met Britta while I was documenting a training camp for blind tennis players. One of the coaches and the Camp, Niklas Höfken, also happens to be the trainer for the german wheelchar tennis national team and squeezed in a session with Britta at the camp site.
I was super impressed by the way that Britta was moving across the court in her wheelchair and immediately asked her if she was up to work together in the future.
About half a year later we managed to shoot this video about Britta's story, her ambitions and her views on life with a disability.
