With Friends, the miracle was the characters. Initially, the characters organically created themselves.....and then WROTE themselves. Which is why this show is comfortingly brilliant. you actually feel like you are spending time with your Friends. Glorious.

This scene/episode is so fantastic on so many levels but what I love about it most is that it really illustrates what an outstanding ensemble cast this was. Each of them have moments where they absolutely shine and even though Lisa Kudrow was not in this scene she does such a brilliant job when Phoebe is talking to the embryos. I just love this show!

Monica's slow mo Noooo! is unbelievably epic. It's the sound one makes when you think you're about to save a loved one's life, only to watch them be killed a few feet away. GoT *wink*.
