Not sure if you’d be interested, but That Vegan Couple are coming to Calgary, June 2019, sometime after the 10th (Not sure the exact date). They’re looking for places to host their workshop (could be good publicity for the cafe).
Not sure if it would work out with the gym hours.

I wanted to let you know that SaVeg’s yelp page still says that you guys are closed on Sunday. I’m sure updating the info is probably already on your todo list but I wanted to mention it incase it somehow slipped by.

If I lived anywhere near there, I would drop in. Maybe you could do some regional festivals like Veg & Ale fest and bring your food to different cities. All the food looked delicious to me. I would like to know the actual mechanics of operating a restaurant, not just the general philosophies. Like if you did a what I do in a day at my vegan cafe vlog, that would be interesting. I am sure there is so much that goes into it like budgeting, taxes, paying utilities and rent, cleaning it, figuring out how much to order, dealing with customers, etc. Then getting the food out on time made to order, the shopping, making decisions with co-workers, all that is interesting.
This has always been my dream. Wow. Such an inspiration :) I never believed I could do it myself 😳😳

I've been to the cafe and it is delicious! I highly recommend it to anyone who is in or near Calgary.
I'm from Tampa, FL so when Rose first mentioned that she was opening the cafe I thought it sounded good, but didn't think I'd ever go. Then, some friends ended up having a destination wedding in Banff this past summer, so I flew in and out of Calgary and made sure to stop by and I'm happy I did. I'm pretty sure it was the first time I'd ever had Korean food and when I got home, the first grocery trip I made included some gochujang paste lol

My sister and I had our own little Ice Scream shop in the 90's. We started adding other things. We loved it. Not sure why she stopped doing it. I miss it. She done the cooking and I did other things to help her out. It's definitely not for everyone. :) Your food did look very yummy. I wish you the best of luck with your new Cafe. :)

My husband travelled around Canada the year before we met and it is his dream to bring me and our kids to Canada and travel where he did (we are Irish) I was always fine with that (I have always wanted to see Canada, any part of Canada, but was happy to follow his footsteps). Well, guess what honey, we are adding a location to your plan ! I WILL visit your cafe some day (who knows, it may be 2 locations or more by the time we get over 😀)
