I kinda wish we see Alpha Trion in a more action story. I understand he serves as the mentor for Optimus and others from his generation, but wouldn’t it be cool to see him in an Obi Wan kind of mentor story, a mentor who shows why he’s earned his reputation.
Also, Alpha's words make sense; you can only become a Prime if the Matrix chooses you to lead after the previous Prime has stepped down or died. But only the most worthy can earn that title. Whatever wisdom and knowledge your predecessor had will be transferred to you. And whatever wisdom and knowledge you acquire will be transferred to your successor and so on. And the Matrix's power grows stronger with each generation that comes and goes.
Your correct, Optimus is the Only True Prime Because the Matrix choose him, Sentinel,Zeta,Nova,ALL of those who rule Cybertron, they were no real Primes,they were False Primes.

Tony Todd who played Dreadwing in The Transformers Prime series playing Alpha Trion is cool, but I still feel the need of Peter Cullen and Frank Welker playing Optimus and Megatron.
I've never heard about Skylynx before, so they nailed it for me. From what i've heard he is the HYPE, and this show and character development, even tho was short was the highlight of earthrise for em.

@@Tom-oz7wk If this alpha trion is one of the thirteen as i think, then yes, he can use the forge to open portals, along with other abilities. All of the original primes could do that using objects that solus made for them, along with other abilities, like a mage could, but only one could open portals naturally, and that was vector prime. I think the others could all do one ability naturally, but required objects to replicate the others they could not, and only solus could replicate with her skills in construction.

But despite his modesty and ego, he always cared about his fellow Autobots and often put himself in harms way to save and/or protect them. He was never selfish and power hungry like this incarnation of him is. Fortunately his time in the Dead Universe ended up changing him for the better.

They just seem to be screwing up one character after another. Skylinx sounds like a power hungry brute rather than an intellectual like the original. There was better writing and voice acting in Transformers Devastation.

This sky lynx voice is totally differant,in g1 he had a(brainy)voice that sounded almost exactly like perceptor.
