This integration looks pretty good, however I have some questions...
    1. Can Gallagher CC send a request to Milestone to send a PTZ Camera to a particular preset when an event happens within CC, eg an input opens, or an alarm is generated?
    2. When using Fisheye style cameras, does the camera display within Gallagher CC support de-warping plugins to show an image more appropriate for human viewing? Secondly, can Gallagher CC select an area of the image to zoom / display based on a specific alarm event - eg if you had a camera looking at a large area, and wanted to zoom the operator displayed image to a tight shot around the door which generated the alarm etc.

Hi Jonathan, thanks for your question and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
In response to your first question, Gallagher configuration allows for PTZ cameras within Command Centre to move to a specified pre-set position in response to a particular alarm, including specific fence and input alarms.
In response to your second question, dewarped/image split function within Command Centre doesn’t work. The reason for this is every compatible camera manufacturer and Milestone needs to create a unique plugin app that’s compatible between themselves. The camera manufacturer and Gallagher would need to go through the same process, or enhance our milestone integration plugin to be compatible and utilise every unique camera/milestone plugin from the milestone platform. Gallagher would need to do a fair bit of R&D and regular retesting for every new dewarping/image split plugin from every camera manufacturer in order to be compatible. If milestone can naturally PTZ around the 360-degree image, then Command Centre can do the same, but this needs to be tested.
Regarding the second part of this question, the Gallagher operator can zoom in the full picture however unfortunately, it is not possible to zoom on only a particular area of focus within the picture.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with?
