Omg I had the same experience... I didn’t dream of a bird but I keep seeing all kinda birds around my house ... from a chicken to a blue heron and lots of crows. I’m so glad I’m healing. I really thought I was losing it too. Mannnee it’s so hard, this period bit what helped me the most was remembering how my own mother survived hers. And to me this just makes life more interesting... because now I wake up everyday waiting for the miracle God has planned for me to witness each day. This is what keeps me going.
