Sethi Saab, you sound very pro martial law in this analysis; something I didn't expect from a liberal Democrat like yourself. The point is that, ultimately, good or bad, we should always support universal principles i.e. democracy, freedom, rule of law. Short cut measures always fail in the long run. We should all support the democratic will of the people. Although, I think PTI was clueless and a disaster for the economy, at this point in time, the masses support them and they should have a right to form the govt. Time and again we have seen, the establishment attempting to circumvent the politics in the "national interest", but ultimately that has always backfired for the country. So my advice to you would be to support the universal principles and remind the establishment that the people of Pakistan will never accept another dictatorship.

After theft of PTI mandate how can someone expects PTI to talk-talk? If the answer is that they should do it for the country sake, who is stopping orchestrators of the February 9th to undo the stolen mandate.

Pakistani passport is at the bottom because of people's behaviour and the crimes they commit. Religious extremism is a very big factor and suspicion of terrorism has brought a lot of shame on Pakistan as a country.A lot of these people are taxi drivers,uneducated labourers and semi skilled technicians who misbehave and get in fights on petty issues. Political agitation started by PTI in the UK and middle East is further aggravating the situation.

He is mixing Bandiali judges with the judiciary, and elevating May 9 perpetrators at par with the establishment and the judiciary.

Here I would recall a you-tuber, who carried 2 books with different scripts in his hands in Islamabad and asked highly learned students, men, and women to identify the scripts. None of them he asked could identify the scripts. None of them even name the scripts. With this level of awareness where people are unable to recognise and name the scripts like Gurmukhi and Devanagari, belonging to the region as ours, what would the citizens of Pakistan do in foreign lands if not ghettoize themselves.

Every Martial Law has been welcomed by the large majority of the population so far. This time the Military Leadership is more unpopular than the political parties. Sethi has a personal agenda formed by prejudice against imran khan. All his analysis is tied to a short tether, never able to go far from his desires. If he abandoned his personal ego and actually become a neutral and fair speaker, he has potential to influence change, and inspire young generation. But it cant happen as long as his motives are anything but sharing fair analysis. People can see through it. And i believe people still need education that he can provide. But he will need to be honest with his profession first.
