Dave has matured like an extraordinary wine over the years. Still get goosebumps listening to him and DM. One of the greats.
This makes even the most pessimistic nature of me break open and re ignite hope that I'll find someone as precious as the way Gahan is singing this melody. As much as I hate being so alone while seeing gleeful couples, this song makes me want to open up again.

А вы все жуете старую пластинку про аланов. Алан имел все возможности написать свои великие альбомы, а на выходе просто хорошие. Кто слышал про Recoil кроме единиц погруженных в тему? Никто. Выводы каждый сделает сам.

Depeche mode have always been quality. There is a very distinctive unique sound that is clearly still missing and has been since Alan left. That sound is very much needed back. I will certainly always keep them close, but I miss that sound and Alan! Hope they all hit the world stage again, at least for one last time!
