The British definitely had a golden era of original and trend-setting music in the 80's. And this was across the full span from pop, electronic dance music to rock and heavy metal rock. They had artists and bands leading or heavily influencing all the genres.
My favorite album. This album help me in solitude when i was 16 years old. I used to walk alone in the street with black Celabration album. Universal frienship. Love from Bordeaux. France.

The gents have had YEARS to be writing/creating and 'that' is what is put out?! And that video---maybe first 1: 34 minutes and handshake at the end was good but the rest is lowest of caliber. These are absolute multi millionaires.... with immense global support of all kinds with access to anything they desire and 'that' video was what they signed off on?!? Dave's voice is THERE and Martin's will always be without a fault. We heard Dave on recent tour with his other group and his voice range was great.
I've been a Depeche fan since '86. Black Celebration was my first album from them. I love Stripped. I also love remixes. This is perfect! Well done!
