So, Valentine’s Day became a day of widespread gift-giving. But Christmas became a day for couples. That’s backwards from how we understand it in the U.S.

Sayaka, good video. What sort of presents are men expected to give to women on 'White day'? And why is it called white day? Has it anything to do with white chocolate. Perhaps on march 14th you can make another video and show us what well wrapped presents you recieved on white day and even video one of your male colleagues giving yourself a gift. This way we can see how this must be done with great reverance by bowing and handing it over in a particular way, then we can see your look of surprise and see your great gratitude and exactly what words of reply you are supposed to give.
I'm STILL puzzled how Men got the best of Valentine's Day!🤣 But yes, White Day makes up for it. That and Japan has really fabulous choko.
