I upgraded to using Final Cut Pro on my Mac. There’s a feature that does it automatically. I used to sync up multiple views by honking at the beginning of every video and then syncing up that spike in the audio file.
Good for you. Not sure what you’re referring to regarding the whistling, but regardless, I’m still trying to perfect the sound. I have two mics, one in my mouth guard and the other underneath the rear rack.
Oh yeah, I’m trying to figure out how to either remove that high pitched clipping static noise in post production and/or figure out the attenuation settings on my mics. Turns out, not that easy. I’ve come a long way though, if you ever watched my first video, you’ll know what I mean.
Are you using timecode to sync this up?

@@ocdmoto Good stuff!
Well, any offroad is better than none.. Although it is the urban jungle...
No doubt. I’ll take whatever I can at this point…
Nice view set up! I got 50 miles on mine and it doesn’t whistle like that! Or is it the mic?

Sorry! I mean the high pitch sound, right after 0:13. Anyway wanted to say hi, and please keep posting. like your no bs approach.

Ok so I just went on a quick ride, and mine also has it! I think it’s the air induction, but like you said your mic set up exasperates it.
Oh, if you’re talking about the induction sound, that’s actually one of the best parts of riding da rag…
