What’s happening in this movie clip?
Zorro (Antonio Banderas) is riding Tornado on a train, trying to reach the car where Elena (Catherine Zeta-Jones) and his son Joaquin are kept hostage by Armand (Rufus Sewell). He manages to reach them and immediately engage in a sword fight with Armand, allowing Elena and Joaquin to flee through the back cars.

I love how Elana was always such a badass, as the daughter of the original Zorro, she is no damsel in distress. Alejandro completely trusts in her abilities as well, you can tell. Notice how he never asks her where their son is after this? No doubt, he knows that Elana got him safely away before she returns to his side in the fight. Poor Joaquin probably didn't know his mother was also a badass, with the worry in his voice.
Elena said herself, she had the "proper instruction" since she was four and fought her future husband in a duel and nearly won. She disarmed him, he disarmed her and beat her to her sword, was stripped. Shocked, pissed and turned on at the same time if not for who she thought was her father came when he did, Elena would have likely raped zorro then and there

Don't forget that his grandfather was the original Zorro.
@@terrywest111 That person already mentioned it. If that person claimed that Elena is a daughter to Zorro, that is same as stating that Joaquin's grandfather is the original Zorro.
And, in a reported alternative ending, he would become Zorro.
@@shepardbook don't think it's alternate. He'll probably have a Katana, two Mauser C-96s and a motorcycle for his Tornado when he is older
@@chrismc410Actually, while it’s “Alternate ending” because it wasn’t used…Joaquin answering the people’s call as Zorro was the original scripted ending.

Honestly, almost better than the first movie. They do not make movies like they used to..
Although the second movie didn’t do AS GOOD as the first one…. I lowkey wish there was third movie to conclude the story 😭
